Noise Protection Walls

You can define noise protection walls constructed alongside roads and railways and comprising posts, foundations and wall and base elements directly as part of the route model.

ProVI automatically calculates the positions of the posts depending on the predefined post distance, ensuring compliance with requirements regarding minimum distances (e.g. to a track alignment). In addition, you can specify compulsory points such as the bypassing of obstacles or the positions of doors.
You can then generate detailed position lists with coordinates and elevation junctions for all components.

The modeled noise protection wall elements can be incorporated when site plans, grading plans and cross-sections are generated. In grading plans, you can choose between representations projected onto a route alignment or along the noise protection wall.
Setting-out values and quantities can also be determined. The BIM output modules generate attributed, 3D solids for the individual components.
