Participation information and prerequisites for our online trainings

Each active ProVI online training participant should have access to the following:

• A ProVI computer running AutoCAD or BricsCAD and the current version of ProVI
• Two screens – one for the webinar and the other to simultaneously follow the demonstrations in ProVI
• A headset with microphone for the audio connection to the online session on the computer (or dial in by phone at domestic rates)
• A reliable Internet connection

Every active participant in a buildingSMART-certified BIM basic training should have access to the following:

• A computer
• A headset with microphone for the audio connection to the online session on the computer (or dial in by phone at domestic rates)
• A reliable Internet connection

All full-day online training sessions are from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Full licenses are provided for training.

Training cancellation and rebooking

Termination of the contract (cancellation) is possible for both parties at any time, without giving reasons, and must be in written form.

Participants may terminate the contract at no charge up to 1 week before the start of the training session. After that, a cancellation fee of 50% of the training fee is charged. For cancellations 2 or fewer days before the training session, the cancellation fee is 100% of the training fee. Failing to attend a booked training session, also in case of illness, is equivalent to the latter cancellation.

Incurred cancellation fees are due and payable immediately.

A participant may name a substitute participant at any time before the training session begins.

There is no claim to the reimbursement of costs if the participant cannot take part in the training session due to inadequate technical equipment.

Cancellation of training sessions

ProVI GmbH and Obermeyer Digital Solution GmbH reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions for organizational reasons (for example, when the required minimum number of participants is not reached, if the trainer is absent or falls ill, or in case of force majeure).

ProVI GmbH and Obermeyer Digital Solution GmbH reserves the right to cancel or reschedule all virtual training up to 14 days before the start of the training session.

Participants will be notified as soon as possible in such cases. Rescheduling to a different date is attempted at no charge.
If this is not possible, the registration is canceled at no charge. Further claims are excluded.
