Participant information for online training courses

Requirements for ProVI online training courses

Each active participant should have:

• A computer running AutoCAD or BricsCAD with the current version of ProVI installed
• Two monitors: one for the webinar and one for applying what is shown in ProVI
• A headset (headphones with a microphone) to connect to the web session audio through the computer
• A stable internet connection

All full-day online training courses run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (CET) Full training licenses are provided.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Either party may cancel the contract at any time without giving reasons. Cancellations must be made in writing.

Participants may cancel free of charge up to one week before the course begins. After that, a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee applies. For cancellations made two days or less before the course date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the course fee. Not attending a booked course, including due to illness, is treated the same as a cancellation made two days or less before the course date.

Cancellation fees are due immediately.

Participants may name a substitute at any time up until the course begins.
Participants are not entitled to a refund if they are unable to take part in the course due to inadequate technical equipment.

Course Cancellation by the organizers

ProVI GmbH and Obermeyer Digital Solution GmbH reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses for organizational reasons (for example, if the minimum number of participants is not reached, if the trainer is unavailable or ill, or in the event of force majeure).

ProVI GmbH and Obermeyer Digital Solution GmbH reserve the right to cancel or postpone any online training course up to 14 days before it begins.
In these cases, participants will be notified as early as possible, and the organizers will try to move the registration to another date free of charge. If this is not possible, the registration will be canceled free of charge. Any further claims are excluded.
