End-to-end digital planning from routing to control command and signaling – with the new ProVI LST module.
ProVI LST supports end-to-end digital planning in compliance with guidelines – from routing to control command and signaling to dissemination in the PlanPro XML data model. ProVI LST was developed in cooperation with DB Engineering und Consulting, and joint further development is ongoing.
ProVI LST is an add-on for ProVI Rail, integrating control command and signaling into the overall planning context. The alignments, vertical alignments, switches, and interfaces generated in the routing form the basis for control command and signaling planning. Functions such as the evaluation of coordinates or distances can be used as well.
All objects needed for control command and signaling can be defined and edited by planners using the editor tool in ProVI LST. It also supports generating the required output – tables as well as the site plan and layout plan for conventional planning, and the PlanPro XML file needed for digital planning.
The LST module was developed in close cooperation with DB Engineering & Consulting. This cooperative development facilitated close communication with users, resulting in a user-friendly, high-performance tool with multiple advantages.
ProVI LST is available as an add-on module for ProVI Rail.
